By using HypeGOS (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account to manage listings. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure.

3. Bidding & Payments

All bids are binding. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. HypeGOS does not store payment details.

Free listings are provided on a first-come, first-served basis for 30 days. Paid upgrades are non-refundable once a listing is activated.

4. Content Rights

By securing a spot, you grant HypeGOS a non-exclusive license to use your brand name, logo, and provided assets for syndication purposes during your active cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including copy, designs, and AI-generated assets, are the property of HypeGOS / IntEdge AI unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

HypeGOS provides the Platform "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee specific traffic, conversion, revenue, search rankings, AI citations, or any other business outcome. You use the Platform at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HypeGOS, IntEdge AI, and their officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, goodwill, data, or business opportunities — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, any claim related to:

• Perceived or actual loss of business, reputation, or brand image
• Rankings in any global, category, or city view
• Search engine visibility or AI model citations
• Any content posted by HypeGOS on your behalf
• Any third-party use of your listing information

7. Termination

HypeGOS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AI Influencer Suite LLC operates.

Privacy Policy

• Payment information (processed by third-party)
• Usage data (bids, page visits, interactions)

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the Platform and process bids
• To syndicate your brand content
